Pages are accessible to your whole team.
Your Admins and Members already have access to Pages. Members with “edit” permission can create, share and edit Pages, while those with “View all”, “Run” or “View” permission will only be able to view Pages.
You can also invite Guests (Internal) to your organization. Guests (Internal) can edit or view Pages, depending on what permission level they have been granted.
Guests (External) cannot access Pages, so you should consider promoting them to Guests (Internal) if you’d like to share your Pages with them.
